In Passing

Observations

Small observations of light, people and the everyday.

A child looks out of a window, their face lit softly against deep blue shadows.

Blurred figures and lights in a photograph surrounded by a textured, worn border.

Red walls and a traditional tiled roof under falling snow.

Two stone crosses surrounded by grass and trees.

A narrow window in a dark room, with a faint red glow on the ceiling.

White patches of light scattered across a dark floor.

A mountain, road and lights seen through a metal fence.

A person lies still on the grass in a courtyard.

A building and a bare tree in the mist.

Fallen Christmas decorations beneath a snowy mountain.

A black-and-white photograph of pale leaves and soft shadows against a dark background.
